Sad mommy

I knew this day would come, but I didn't expect it so soon. This morning when I left home, Andrew was still asleep. After I dropped Peyton off at school I called Mom to tell her something. Andrew was up and in his usual cheerful mood. I had a few minutes before I had to be at work, so I stopped back by the house to say good morning to him. He was so smiley and happy! He was sitting in his high chair watching mom was dishes. I played with him for a few minutes and then got ready to leave. As soon as I got out of his range of sight, he started crying for me. It broke my heart!!! Like I said, I knew this day would come, but I didn't expect it so soon!

I know what you mean. One day you will look up and it will be your babies will be 8 and 4. Or like mine almost 9, yeah 9, and 5. So sad. Soon it will be teenagers, and I am not lookingforward to that. Cherrish this day and time.
