So far, so good...

I feel good today because I know I've been eating right. I had wheat Chex for breakfast and a banana for a snack. For lunch it's lean roast beef on wheat w/2% cheese, an apple and baby carrots. I have to stay late at school today so I brought a 100 calorie bag of kettle corn and some fat-free pudding. I'm on my third glass of water, too. I have to make sure I don't get too hungry or I will end up going on a binge in the candy basket in the office. If you jumped on the bandwagon today, feel free to e-mail me and let me know how you're doing. I do MUCH better with support of friends. It's easier to succeed with the help and encouragement of those you love!

Good for you. I am so proud of you for doing well. So far I have had half a bag of combos and a vault. Does that count?!?!? I didn't think so. It's time for lunch! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! You are going to be one hott mama when we go to G'BURG! WOO HOO!

LOL G'burg is starting to stress me out! We gotta find a place to stay...I call my people...you call yours. I haven't been horrible today but not on my best behavior either. I have got my water in and a few veggies but I splurged at lunch with a Taco and Cinnamon Twists from Taco Bell :)

Good for you. I did good today too. I didn't have but one 100 calorie oreo cookie for dessert. I had a baked pototo for lunch and barbq for supper and lots of water and some fruit. I lost 1 1/2 by this morning with the 3.60 miles I walked on the treadmill. Today I have had a english muffin w/peanut butter and some apple sauce and lots of water. I'm trying. I'm like you, if I can stay full I won't go for that candy jar that is in the kitchen. Oh maybe I need to get rid of that thing huh? then I won't be tempted.
