Going back for more
I got on the bike again last night. 30 minutes and then ab work. I also made really healthy food choices yesterday...lean protein and lots of fruits and veggies. Little did I know my scales would betray me, the evil things! Lo and behold I GAIN A POUND! How in the world? Only I could start exercising and eating right and gain a pound. Go figure! Oh well...until I finish nursing I am going to concentrate on at least 30 minutes of activity 4x a week and making healthy eating choices. More drastic measures can come in about 3 1/2 months.

Sounds like you are getting back on track and I am sure you will lose next time you weigh.
That's not bad at all tho. Especially since you are nursing. I know you will be fit in no time!
Girl you aren't alone. I started my diet on Saturday and I haven't had any sugar (except my sweet tea) no bread and I've been eating healthy and walking on my treadmill and even went to spin this week and I've gained a pound too. I'm with you, as long as I'm nursing it is going to be this way. Hang in there you will get there I know you will. We just have to stay focused and patient.
